Install / uninstall the application
The direct-access application allows you to enter your arena without the risk of any browser hassles.
To install your online arena's direct-access application follow the instructions given during membership registration.
You can uninstall the app using the following instructions:
Open the Java Control Panel
Windows: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/win_controlpanel.xml
Mac OSX: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/mac_controlpanel.xml
When the Java Control Panel opens, in the 'Temporary Internet Files' section click the 'View' button.
In the window that pop ups, titled 'Java Cache Viewer', select the 'Online Arena' row and then delete it using the button marked with a cross on the toolbar.
If you have more than one row representing the 'Online Arena' application delete all the occurrences.
